Your satisfaction is very important to us. We realize what an important purchase decision an engagement ring is. MyLoveStone, wants to be an integral part of building your family. With that we have developed our buy-back and trade up guarantees.
Our trade-up guarantee is designed to allow you the flexibility to purchase a larger diamond for your partner over time. You will be able to send the piece back to us, and we will give you credit and you can use that to purchase a larger diamond. We will issue 90% of the original purchase price against the new purchase.
Also, If at any time you wish to sell your white diamond or white engagement ring back to MyLoveStone, we will happily buy it back at 70% of the original purchase price.
Lifetime Trade-Up Program
- - The Trade-Up Policy Only Applies to Certified White Diamond Engagement Rings and Loose White Diamonds.
- - Trade-Up applies only to the Certified white diamonds.
- - Trade-Up has to be for greater value than original purchase price.
- - We will credit 90% of original purchase price towards the new purchase.
- - The diamond (s) need to be in original, undamaged condition, and accompanied by its original certificate.
- - If original certificate is misplaced there will be a $200 re-certification fee applied to the credit.
- - Contact customer service for additional information.
- - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY NEW PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TRADE-UP INSTRUCTIONS.
